The settlement permit is the same official form at the same immigration office. The difference lies in the effort, in the completeness of the proofs and in the price.
An unlimited permit is an application that has to be right the first time. At a fixed price, not an hourly rate.
The law-firm figure is the classification from „Three routes“ further down this page; in an individual case it is higher. A law firm is right where a rejection, an appeal or a special case is involved. That is expressly not what we do.

The statutory authority fee of usually 113 € is paid separately, directly to your immigration office, not through civitas. In special cases it is higher.
Official German becomes a finished application.
The settlement permit is the same official form whether you fill it in alone or with civitas. The difference is how much research, translation and gathering of proofs is left with you.

Not for the preparation, it stays at 149 € per application. Independently of that your immigration office charges the statutory fee; you pay that directly there.
How does the right of withdrawal work?
You have 14 days right of withdrawal from purchase. With your consent at checkout we begin the preparation immediately after payment; the right of withdrawal lapses as soon as your completed form has been delivered.
