Einbürgerung24

General Terms and Conditions

The following terms govern the use of services provided by Einbürgerung24. As of 16 April 2026.

§ 1 Subject matter and scope of services

(1) Einbürgerung24 offers applicants for German citizenship a digital self-service assistance product for preparing and formally drafting the naturalisation application.

(2) The service includes the systematic intake of the data required for the application via an online questionnaire, the algorithmic transfer of these data into the official application forms of the Federal Office of Administration (EB and EBK), the automated completeness check of the submitted data and the creation of an individual checklist of required supporting documents. Delivery is fully digital and multilingual (DE / AR / TR / RU / EN).

(3) The service expressly does not include: legal advice within the meaning of § 2 RDG, individual assessment of the application's chances of success, personal advisory in the form of phone calls, video calls or on-site appointments, representation before authorities or courts, filing of appeals or court actions, or assessment of criminal-law or social-security preliminary questions.

(4) Submission of the completed application to the responsible citizenship authority is the customer's own responsibility. Einbürgerung24 handles neither the postal submission nor the correspondence with the authority on behalf of the customer.

(5) Einbürgerung24 provides no guarantee for the outcome of the naturalisation procedure. The decision on the application rests solely with the responsible citizenship authority.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded by selecting a service package and confirming it in the Stripe Checkout process. The customer receives confirmation by email.

§ 3 Price and payment

The prices shown on the website at the time of the order apply. Payment is made in advance via Stripe (credit card, SEPA, PayPal, bank transfer). Government fees are not included and are paid by the customer directly to the authority.

§ 4 Customer cooperation

The customer provides complete and truthful information and uploads the required supporting documents in a timely manner. Einbürgerung24 points out visible gaps but is not obliged to substantively review the content.

§ 5 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. As the service begins immediately after the order is placed, the right of withdrawal expires upon full performance — to which the customer expressly consents.

§ 6 Liability

Einbürgerung24 is liable under the statutory provisions for intent and gross negligence. For ordinary negligence, Einbürgerung24 is only liable for breach of material contractual duties and only up to the typical contract damage.

§ 7 Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the privacy policy.

§ 8 Final provisions

German law applies. The place of performance and venue is — to the extent permitted — Neuss. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
