Note: You pay the government fee (usually 93–100 €) separately and directly to your immigration authority (Ausländerbehörde) — not through civitas.
Are there any additional costs? Not for the preparation — it stays at 99 € per renewal. Independently of this, your immigration authority charges the government fee; you pay that directly to the authority.
How does the right of withdrawal work? You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from purchase. With your consent at checkout, we begin preparing your application immediately after payment; the right of withdrawal expires as soon as your completed form or the portal guide has been provided. Details are governed by our Terms (AGB) and the withdrawal notice — you confirm this explicitly before payment.
