For around 2.5 hours, requests for the extended certificate of good conduct could not be transmitted to the BZR (Federal Central Register). Upstream issue at the BZR itself, confirmed by the Bundesamt für Justiz (Federal Office of Justice). Subsequent transmission of all queued requests was successful.
