About civitas. — Standard text

Boilerplate for your coverage.

civitas. is the digital infrastructure for the German naturalisation process. Düsseldorf-based Civitas UG develops and operates a software platform that connects all four actor groups in a naturalisation application: applicants, municipal Einbürgerungsbehörden (naturalisation authorities), migration-law firms and migration counselling centres.

Applicants are guided through the procedure in a structured wizard in six languages (German, English, Turkish, Arabic, Russian, Ukrainian). The result is an authority-ready application — in German, with a municipality-specific document checklist. civitas. is explicitly a software tool, not legal advice within the meaning of the Rechtsdienstleistungsgesetz (Legal Services Act).
