civitas. offers the naturalisation application as a fixed-price package: you choose a package, pay once, and have no ongoing costs. Which package suits you depends on whether you are being naturalised alone or as a family and how much support you would like.
The four naturalisation packages

The family package includes the special forms for children included in the application (§ 4 and § 10 Abs. 2 StAG) and covers up to four people in a single joint application.
What the packages contain
- Basis includes the digital application wizard in six languages, the authority-ready PDF export, a document checklist for each authority, and email support.
- Plus adds automatic document validation, an appointment planner for the authority, and status tracking through to the certificate.
- Familie adds the joint application for up to four people and the special child forms.
- Premium additionally delivers ready-to-send documents with mailing instructions.

Alongside the naturalisation packages, there are services that can be booked individually:

- Settlement permit — 149 €, one-time per application, no subscription.
- Application Tracker — 9,90 € per month or 99 € per year, cancellable at any time.
What is not included in the price
The package price is the service fee for preparing your application. It does not include the authority fee that your naturalisation authority charges for the administrative act: 255 € per adult and 51 € per child included in the application under § 38 StAG. You pay this fee directly to the authority — not to civitas.
