You pay for your civitas. package once and securely through our payment service provider. This article shows which payment methods are available, when payment is made, and where you receive your invoice.
Accepted payment methods
You can choose from:
- Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
All payments run through Stripe (certified to PCI-DSS Level 1). civitas. does not store any payment data — your card details do not reach our servers but are processed directly by Stripe.
When and how payment is made
The prices shown at checkout in euros apply. Payment is made in advance through Stripe. You pay for the naturalisation, renewal, and settlement packages once; for the Application Tracker, the respective billing period falls due in advance.
Confirmation and invoice
After the purchase you receive a contract confirmation by email (§ 312f BGB). If you additionally need an invoice or a receipt — for example for your records — contact our support by email to kontakt@einbuergerungsservice.de or via the contact form. The data required for tax retention is kept in accordance with the statutory periods (§ 147 AO).
The authority fee is paid separately
The package price is the service fee to civitas. It does not include the authority fee that your naturalisation authority charges and that you pay directly to the authority. The article Authority fee and service fee explains the difference.
