The dashboard at a glance

Where you manage your application status, saved data, and your account.

As soon as you are signed in, your account is the central point of contact for everything to do with your application. Here you can see at a glance how far along you are, which package you have chosen, and where your invoices and settings are located. This article guides you through the areas of your account.

Application and progress

The Application area shows your current status. You can see the step you were last on and can continue your application from there. Your entries are saved as a draft, so that you can pause at any time and continue later — without entering anything anew.

The wizard is structured into three phases: the preparatory steps, the actual application forms, and the concluding check. The progress display in your account helps you keep track of which phase still lies ahead of you.

Package

In the Package area you can see which package you have booked and what is included in it. This way you have the scope of your services in view at all times. A general overview of the four packages can be found in the pricing overview.

Invoices

Under Invoices your payment receipts are available. Here you retrieve the invoice for your package and keep track of your payments. Details on invoices and payment methods are explained by the article Invoice and payment methods.

Settings

In the Settings area you manage your account. This includes your account details as well as the option to delete your account and your data yourself. The note on the security of your passwordless sign-in can also be found here.

At the top of the account you always see your name and the email address you have stored — the address to which your sign-in links go.

Tracker — when booked

If you have additionally booked the application tracker, a separate entry point for it appears in your account. With it you follow the further course of your matter. Without an active tracker subscription, this area is not displayed.

How to sign in is described under Creating an account and signing in. The overall process from sign-in to the finished PDF is described by the article Three steps to a finished application.
