At the end of the wizard, civitas. creates an authority-ready PDF from your details — that is, a fully completed application that you can submit to your naturalisation authority. Here is how you receive the document.
When the PDF is created
The PDF is not generated while you are filling out, but only at the end. Once you have gone through all the sections and checked your details, the "Generate application" step follows. In it, civitas. inserts your entries into the official form and prepares the document. This takes only a moment.
Downloading at completion
Once the creation is complete, you arrive at the completion page. There your finished application is available as a PDF for download. You can save it, print it, and use it for submission to your authority.
Keep the downloaded file safe. It contains your complete application with all the details you made in the wizard.
A package is required
To complete the application and receive the PDF, you need a package. The classification check and the first steps of the wizard are free of charge — for the finished, authority-ready document, the one-time service fee of a package is required.
